Venison Bake
Ingredient List:
1 lb ground venison
1 egg
15 saltine crackers, coarsely rolled
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup catsup
1/2 tsp ground mustard
1 stalk celery, chopped
1/4 green pepper, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
2 tbsp margarine
Assembly Instructions
  • Saute celery, green pepper, and onions in margarine until tender (about 10 minutes).
  • In large bowl, thoroughly mix venison, egg, crackers, salt, pepper, Worcestershire, milk, catsup, mustard and sauteed vegetables.
  • Form and place in baking dish. Bake covered in 350 degree oven for one hour.
