Ingredient List:

1 lb ground venison
2 Tbsp minced onion
2 Tbsp minced green pepper
1 beaten egg
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup cornmeal
1/2 tsp salt
1-1/2 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp chili pepper
flour
1/4 cup cooking oil
spaghetti sauce as desired

Assembly Instructions

Combine all ingredients except flour and oil in a large mixing bowl and mix thoroughly. Form into 12-14 meatballs.

Roll in flour and brown in heated oil.

Add our favorite spaghetti sauce to pan and simmer, covered for 40 minutes.

Serve with spaghetti.
